Bespoke programme

The great thing about being a Personal Trainer, working for myself and not attached to a gym, is that I concentrate of what YOU want and don’t have to follow any corporate line.

To get an activity programme that is unique to you we need to start by looking at you holistically.  What are you like and what are your preferences?  Using a person-centred approach we will look at what your goals are and how you can achieve them.

Only when I am sure that I fully understand YOUR specific requirements, will I write your activity programme.
